At Universal Motors, we offer a wide range of specialised gearboxes to meet various industrial needs. Our range includes worm, inline, Helical Bevel, and parallel shaft gearboxes.

UMSG

The UMSG series worm gear reducer, built with an aluminum (10-420 Nm) or cast iron (450-1600 Nm) housing.The worm wheel is made from 12-2  Bronze casted on a hollow cast iron shaft.
This reducer is compact, versatile, and very competitive on the market.
 

Worm Gearbox Round design

The worm gearbox round design  one-piece vacuum-molded aluminum alloy housing (MIL-STD 276) for increased robustness and sealing capability. Precision machining for perfect bearing and gear alignment.
 
One-piece input worm shaft. High-angle helix made from hardened steel for hardness RC 58-60. Worm wheel made of GCuSn12 bronze alloy.

Uses 100% synthetic ISO VG320 oil. Output Torques from 21Nm to 651Nm

Worm Gearbox Square design

The worm gearbox round design  one-piece vacuum-molded aluminum alloy housing (MIL-STD 276) for increased robustness and sealing capability. Precision machining for perfect bearing and gear alignment.
 
One-piece input worm shaft. High-angle helix made from hardened steel for hardness RC 58-60. Worm wheel made of GCuSn12 bronze alloy.

Uses 100% synthetic ISO VG320 oil. Output Torques from 21Nm to 1550Nm

Inline Gearbox

One-piece vacuum-molded aluminum alloy housing (MIL-STD 276) for increased robustness and sealing capability. Includes an inspection cover for periodic maintenance checks during operations (20-520 Nm).
One-piece cast iron housing with high rigidity for torques ranging from 675-4600 Nm.

Precision machining for perfect alignment of bearings and gears.
Gears made of hardened steel for hardness RC 58-60.
